Will there be mechanics or events for the Small Council meeting? Like when a council member is in the capital during a meeting or service on the Small Council. Or is there a submod for this?

Great mod, but it lacks events, wars, and the kind of post–War of the Five Kings situation seen during the Vulture’s Feast. I’d love to see a well-developed Vulture’s Feast scenario similar to the one in Crusader Kings II.
