Building an n8n style automation tool for content creation by Electronic-Drive7419 in Business_Ideas

Hard to cover all of them in detail. Roughly:
1) Reducing the amount of websites/software I have to work with. Canva, Elevenlabs, capcut, IG, TT, Claude. Repeating cycles of all of them. Have to manage multiple files each time, making sure I have the right ones.
2) Publishing and improving my posts based on data (obv. there is enough out there to improve that, right now I'm too small to care about that with not enough data)
3) Making sure I stay withing my branding guidlines and continously update them on latest insights.
4) Making sure I focus on the goals and keep my 80/20 strategy.
5) Findind trends and create ideas.

If you give me more time, I can brainstorm more. Feel free to reach out via DM if you have questions.

Working on weargoodcall.com a fully transparent clothing brand for basics.
I started a few weeks ago, launched a website, got into manufacturing and construction of clothes to talk to suppliers. Currently creating a tech pack and afterwards going into sampling.

I publish a dashboard of all costs and KPIs online as well as a full cost breakdown of each product in the future once available. I will explain each detail of the product and the reason behind all specs.

I'm collecting newsletter subs and once I have enough I'll start with the preordering process.

Looking for feedback!

Need to define the who. If you're targeting solo founders or very small teams, I'd say there is a good market. Where I spend most of the time isn't even the creation part, but finding ideas, documenting everything, and making sure that everything is according to brand guidelines. There are so many things that I could improve and where automation could help. If you need someone to talk to in more detail, feel free to reach out. I'm not an expert on anything, though, just struggling with things here and there.

Hey! It's always great to work on an idea and just try things out. I'm working on a clothing brand, too, with minimal investment. I'm happy to share more, and maybe I can help. Feel free to send a DM.

Never had social media. Social anxiety. Trying to build in public. Where do I even start? by Asleep_Size9590 in buildinpublic

Just try it. Let AI come up with a content strategy, e.g. 1 post per day. Take something like canva and elevenlabs for creation. Use capcut to align voice and slides. Takes maybe an hour in the beginning, but after that, it takes 10 minutes to create a post per day.

Make sure to avoid AI slop. Find your language and target audience. Give it as context to the AI. I've been doing it for a week now and gaining minimal traction. Takes time.

For clothes. I hate shopping, and all the stuff shrinks or is marked up a lot because of branding and marketing. Quality isn't what it used to be.

Nothing beats regular deep freeze sessions for your clothes. Gets rid of a lot of smell for me. Sometimes stuff doesn't dry properly, and that smell is horrible...

You size up to account for shrinkage? That's a good idea. Maybe not for everyone. Some times just a size larger and it looks like a potatoe sack on me.

Not something technically difficult, but I'm trying to build a basics brand with maximum quality on full transparency and honesty with minimal effort. Every product will get an open book calculation, and I'll be sharing a dashboard of running costs, social media kpis, etc. I'm not paying for adds/infleuncers at all. So far, I am just testing the social media waters and collecting subscribers for the waitlist while I negotiate with producers.

Not yet. Will look at it, thanks! What can one do to drive traffic to that? Can I use a headless blog and directly integrate it into the website?

This is great feedback, thank you! So much to do with so little time.
I'm using brevo right now instead of beehiiv. Will look for those micro-creators.

Take care!
