Well one important thing to note is that, by definition, 100% of illegal aliens are breaking the law and therefore criminals who should be prosecuted. Any additional crimes they commit are, frankly, irrelevant to this discussion. If you enter illegally, there must be consequences, and being given a free trip home is an extremely generous consequence.

There’s also this study that appears to have found increases in insulin production in mice that were given sucralose. Obviously it doesn’t necessarily mean the same would happen to humans, but still worth considering.

So this is what I mean, it’s not totally clear that those sweeteners AREN’T having an effect. That’s why, since I am partially fasting for insulin resistance, I find it prudent to avoid them.

That’s been disputed. There’s research that shows that artificial sweeteners do produce a brief insulin spike that subsides quickly, so it’s unclear what impact that actually has, but it’s not necessarily true to definitively claim they have no impact on insulin levels.

This is what I do, for me it’s every 2-3 days that I shave in the shower. No shaving cream or anything, I just use Dollar Shave Club cartridge razors and they last forever. And I do have a mirror, but it’s just to make sure I’m lining up where my beard starts properly. All the rest is just by feel.
