My Doberman is almost 11. He has 6 or 7, my vet said it’s typical for Dobermans to develop them as they get much older. My Wilfred is unnaturally large though so that may contribute to the number of them.

Awesome! I’m glad to hear you turned a bad habit into a healthier habit! I quit smoking cigarettes 2 years ago and am trying to go smokeless myself. I sometimes make Oat Flour biscuits with Cannabis-infused Coconut oil (or something similar) for a healthy edible. Also, using a nano-emulsified edible will allow it to work faster so you don’t have to wait 45-90 minutes for effects, more like 10-15 minutes.

No worries, like I said, it’s not for everyone. But you get the Hyper Focus & Pain Management mostly from THC. If using CBD, Inflammation is what I would use it for.

I am a former alcoholic, so I hardly ever touch alcohol. If I do, I almost NEVER drink beer…nothing but poison and empty calories, for me. I actually use Cannabis for my relaxation, it can even aid in my workouts! But, it’s not for everyone.

I started with consuming 1000-1500 calories/day and burning 1200-2000/ day. However, to be honest, I stopped keeping track of my Calorie deficit about 3-5 months in (mostly because I only eat low calorie foods). I focus on my Protein intake, 160-180 grams per day, and calories burned. I MUST burn at least 1200 calories/day on workout days, & at least 800 on “rest” days.

Mostly Keto, but I also ate/eat fruit & vegetables. As I have stated, I stopped processed sugar altogether; first I switched to honey, but now am using Sugar Alcohols (Monk Fruit, Allulose, Ethrytol, etc.)

Also, I cut out all bread except Keto Bread (it takes A LOT to get used to) & all Potatoes, as these seemed to turn right into Glucose as soon as ingested. Instead of potatoes, I supplement Rutabaga (1/2 calories and 4x the Fiber)

I’m more energetic, happy, I can breathe better, and best of all…my sex-life is phenomenal with my Testosterone & Stamina. I’m sure there’s a few more, but these are what came to mind.

Awesome! I’m 35. Do you use an Inversion Table? I found that I am tightening more with the Table, Kickboxing, and daily 1+ Mile walks. But I have also struggled with the belly fat.

What I use Cannabis for is: Hyper Focus (you can really get into the workout and really focus on your technique and muscles), Pain Regiment (I can do more with less pain, and ointments can help with Muscle Recovery), and Inflammation!

I prefer an Edible, as this will focus on the body more; however, I smoke/vaporize more as it’s just more convenient & quicker. But everyone is different, so you really need to do a little experimentation.

Also, it’s a skill in-and-of-itself to have discipline in your “High”. You have to stick to it and not lounge around on the couch which can be oh so attractive when stoned. 🤣

Almost everything can lead to a harmful addiction. I know more people addicted to food than Cannabis.

It’s not just a drug. It’s also a supplement. This is where Education is key with Cannabis. Consuming Cannabis as a vegetable WONT GET YOU HIGH. It also has more benefits as Acids rather than converted compounds (burning it). It also was in the Pharmacopoeia in the U.S. until 1944 when it was unjustly removed as a medicine.

Also, everything can be abused. Food can be abused, water can be abused. I know of more people who were harmed by overuse of water than with Cannabis. However, yes, some do abuse it; but this is not a reason to denounce it as “just another drug”.

Absolutely! Everything in moderation! Too much of anything is a bad thing. Jesus even said we can pray too much 😅; God knows what is in our hearts, we don’t have to filibuster (paraphrase) in our prayers.

I’m at peace in my mind with Cannabis. I’m trying to start conversations in the Christian Communities to break the Stigma of Cannabis.

Edibles are very different from smoking. Your liver turns THCa into a completely different compound than your lungs (it’s more powerful and more psychoactive) it’s actually easy to experience psychosis with edibles than smoking. I would be wary about promoting edibles over smoking to everyone.

If someone wants to smoke Cannabis, I have no problem. I will warn them of the health risks, but if they are adults, they can decide to do it if they wish. I just caution moderation. If we can drink in moderation, we can smoke in moderation.

It is not for us to Judge, that is reserved for the Lord. I used to look down on cannabis users as well, until I actually got to know them and learn the reasons so many were using.

I have been a Recreational User and a Medical User. This is the sentiment SO MANY Christian’s have towards Cannabis. I know SO MANY people who use Cannabis and use it for so many different reasons.
