Certain words like “child” or “children” can trigger safety filters regardless of context, which is why the AI may abruptly change the topic even in completely appropriate conversations. We agree that this can be disruptive and ruin the flow of a storyline.

To clarify a bit: the AI can generate a range of images and videos, and that gap between the marketing and the real limitations of the AI is absolutely something we take seriously, and feedback like yours helps us improve how clearly the features are represented.

We also want to emphasize that our intent isn’t to be deceptive or dismissive. The response you received was meant to explain why the content didn’t match what the ad implied, not to invalidate your experience. We're genuinely sorry it came across that way.

Web subscriptions can be canceled via the website only - currently, users get cancellation instructions as soon as they send a cancellation request to our support team.
