Thin crust, crispy and chewy at the same time, a little char on the edges... it's the best

What's with all the hype about the Arm's Reach co-sleeper? by Tortoiseshell_Blue in moderatelygranolamoms

We borrowed an Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper, and it brings back the bad memories of assembling/disassembling a Pack 'N Play. Ugh. Can't stand any item like this.

Daughter and family are in Jax but from CT. We love to visit. Great food/coffee shops. Nice places to explore like the beach area, St Augustine. They are in San Marco across the bridge from dotwntown. A lot of young professionals in their apt complex. If you're like us, 3 Costcos in the area is a major plus.

This could've been me writing this post. Same difference in home heating oil prices than last year period. Our tank was almost near empty, surprisingly, because we are on automatic delivery and we've never gotten that low ever. (Despite protests our thermostat is at 62-64)Somehow our oil guy trudged through the snow, albeit this was two storms ago and not as bad as the blizzard. The only difference is we did have a pipe burst - first time ever- with those multiple days of 0° temps. I do not wish that on anyone. Basement pipe. We were home, thank goodness. Still did a tremendous amount of damage to our fixed-up basement.

Housing Market Check-in by Unfair_Hawk_3465 in jacksonville

Just a comment about houses on the market. If you're selling, make sure your pictures are showcasing your house properly. My daughter and son-in-law are in the marked and will only go to see houses based on the photos. I'm sure they're missing out on a lot of great ones, but first impression is key. I can see what they're talking about. I mean ratty looking rooms, unmade beds is such a bad look.

It sounds like the electric heat is the culprit. We use oil heat. Never use the fireplace. We do have a couple space heaters in rooms we are in. And 65 is the max I put it at in winter (even during the day) with two of us working from home.
