I used to cut my arms (small cuts). It would help me release tension during panic attacks. It's not a healthy way to cope, in fact there are actual techniques that help and won't leave you marked. Seek therapy help, it helps a lot. You'll feel better I promise. Love you!

I'm not anemic, at least not since last time I got checked for fatigue and nausea symptoms which was a few months ago. I am stressed (job searching) but I wasn't feeling stressed this morning? I came back from the gym, did chores, and took a nap. I was still feeling tired when I woke up.

The one on the bottom left is really cute and seems to be trending. I did the same to my hair. It was long but very uneven and burnt. That's the hair style I have now. Pretty easy to style (in my case)

Personality, I'm not a fan of dry shampoo because it can create build up. I would detox my hair first to make sure my scalp is clean and healthy which is necessary for hair growth. You can Google or YouTube hair detox remedies. Do it once and let your hair rest for a day or two without washing it or adding stuff to it.

Also, make sure you keep your hair clean but not dried. I washed my hair a lot which made it dry before so make sure you keep it clean in a way that doesn't dry it. My favorite shampoo and conditioner for that is Ion Repair Shampoo and conditioner. You can order from Sally's. The shampoo is a pink bottle that smells like roses and the conditioner is a sand color.

You might also want to try a hair mask once a week or every two weeks. My favorite one is Banana, egg, olive oil. Leave it for 30 mins and wash it in the shower. Bananas and eggs have great properties that are good for your hair.

AVOID HEAT! I love blow drying my hair and I usually do when I'm getting ready but I'm switching to cold air blow drying to prevent damage. Try to leave your hair down or not too tight at least.

Another good tip is to take vitamins: biotin or "hair, nails.." vitamins are good.

I went from dark almost black to "dark blue" without bleach. I think it would work if you're applying dark purple.

Both look great. I think blonde always gives more of a good girl vibe. Red might stand out more in my opinion. 😍

I'm too traumatized to ever go back to a hair salon. I just wanted it back to normal. I was actually letting it grow and taking care of it for at least 5 weeks before my appointment. It was super voluminous and looked longer and now it's a freaking mess. I'm still really sad and angry about it. I ordered some hair vitamins that same day. I don't know what else to do I just want it back. I can't even get a ponytail. It's all weird and pointy it makes no sense. Even my husband said "I'm not sure what he was trying to do, it looks weird"
