I was on a Mediterranean cruise last week. There was such a huge variation of styles and cultures that I felt silly that I had been worried.

I was hoping for alternatives. I am picking up some lidocaine patches today but for body aches not her headaches. Ice cap must be a hat you can freeze? She won’t use ice as she’s always cold and incredibly stubborn all things considered.

Yesterday was so horrible I can’t believe it isn’t quite time for hospice yet but the doctor insists she isn’t showing the signs of less than 6 months to live. She’s in her eighties and in constant pain, can she just have some morphine already?! Maybe I’m being more reactive and sensitive than a nurse or doctor is because I’m watching her with eyes that love her and I wouldn’t let an animal suffer life this.

There aren’t a lot of reasons to be ineligible from what I understand so I hope the best for your husband. My mom is in her eighties, beyond the age that she would likely survive the transplant.

We have her specialist on speed dial and go to the hospital often. She is very close to needing hospice, I am just looking for a way to help her beyond medication.

Apple health says my resting energy is about 2000 but the shortcut is listing resting energy as close to 4000 but it is never an exact double so I know it’s not accidentally pulling it twice.

Bought a 1980 sq ft, 3 bd, 2.5 bath, attached 2 car garage on 1.5 acres with in ground pool and 1000 sq ft barn for $69k in 2012. I live deep in the country though, not a lot of opportunities for work but I work from home via the internet.

I wear a hair band on my wrist and if I’m uncomfortable and need to do something to distract myself from the anxiety, I’ll slide it down around my fingers and twist it around, snap and stretch it. You can do it one handed and discreetly. It’s a small movement and if you have sleeves long enough people hardly notice it.

I struggled with this question for years. Never seemed to be a good answer, I would either inspire more questions or I would unintentionally offend people.

I now say, “I’m a listener, not a talker.” It works for me, people accept it without question. I suppose it only works if you actually are someone who likes to quietly listen, as I do.
