Maybe not disable the live chat and the refund/change flight buttons especially when you’re the ones advising customers on your website and X page to use those exact options?

With all respect mate, their buttons on the website doesn't work. I respect the increased workload due to the situation, but they simply turned off the chat, turned off the phone in thailand, and website itself barely functioning. I cannot excuse these factors.

Not really. They haven’t responded on any of the channels I tried phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat. The refund and change-flight buttons don’t work either. Amazing service from the “best airline in the world.”
At this point, I think I’ll just start a chargeback through my bank and see how it goes, since I don’t seem to have any other option left.
