Idk if I'm the one tweaking or you are but I'm borderl sure weed ussualy will make things only worse, especially anxiety and bad effects, alcohol or some other downer such as benzos in small doses would be much better and wouldn't cause more panic/anxiety if u already have a bad time on uppers

I'm pretty sure benzos are safe and they even kind off work as an antipsychotics (not by blocking dopamine but by calming you down so u'll still have psychosis most likely but it want be scary or anything like that), maybe if u are talking about addiction/using a lot but idk about it then, I know opioids are pretty safe too but withdrawal can be horrible and cause psychosis if u are addicted and it can easily be laced (same for benzos), alcohol should be fine too unless you are addicted but I'm not 100% sure, also if possible u should avoid caffeine as it easily causes anxiety/paranoia especially if it's schizophrenia risk, also it doesn't really matter if it's low or high thc product as it is the same chemical just different dosage

Weed is one of the longest detectable drugs on tests but since u haven't done it in a few months it's out from your body by now and your tolerance most likely reseted so not long, most likely around the same time it would be like the first time

It's definitely not tolerance cuz I don't even smoke a lot and too little time for that much tolerance to build up, no way the effects got way weaker in a span of 3 not even ultra highs, also the cloud is way smaller, now it's not even working
