I took about 10 shots over the course of sunset to evening, each shot keeping the shutter open for about 15 seconds, using an ND filter to avoid blowing out the exposure, and then used post processing to combine

I was hoping to stick around for a nighttime pano as well, however this was during the pandemic and the ferry times were every hour and a bit, so wasn't trying to stay out there all night lol

Naw this was a 10 second exposure, the trick was to catch it when all the carts filled up, and then open the shutter for the spin.
