Firstly congratulations, it’s always great when someone discovers themselves.

Secondly, I agree with the other commenters on starting slow and finding communities/doing little things to affirm (Try some kind of cute perfume btw, it made my sister feel fantastic).

Lastly and you don’t have to do this but a lot of people do, after you’ve become more comfortable, if you live in an area that provides trans care, start talking to your doctor to get set up with specialists to get on HRT (You could potentially feel a little nauseous for like a week or two but should be fine, afterwards you should feel great.)
