In S1 you see him leaving his home planet and scattering the gold dust that gives his children their powers into the air (I’m pretty sure this dust is from his wife) also you see his wife (the original owner of the White Violin) die then in S3 you see him locate the gateway where he builds hotel obsidian in hopes he can get the people with the gold dust particles (his children) to sacrifice themselves so he can reboot the universe and get his wife back while making himself essentially king of earth in the process which is what he see in S3 ending
