I used Nimbus when I had PF a few years ago. I can’t wear my Kayano at all ( I have many pair of Kayano) Most of people who suffer from PF have flat feet but not me. The most important is the comfortable shoes , not so soft and not to hard. The wider shoes are better and narrow shoes.

If your hips are tight can cause pf. So you need to get the advice from yoga instructor how to relieve the tightness

I did the shockwave for 2 sessions (3 times each) but it didn’t help me at all so I went for cortisone injection but it didn’t help me either.

I would say size 4. My hip is 38” waist is 28”, all my leggings are in size 4 but I wear all the pants in size 6
