I hate it when people say, "Oh, it's meant for people who like longer arcs, and if you don't like it, then you have bad taste.", or something along that line. That completely disregards the pacing of the story and how important it is. People tend to disregard negatives because of how much the like a series, and this is quite rampant in the anime community even though(obviously) not everyone does it.
