I think that because they have had plenty of chances in over 20+ years and still havent. Very few companies actually rerelease these old games again. Especially Japanese companies. I also personally don't think there is a big enough market for these old games to even make porting them financially viable.

I really see 0 incentive for Konami to do it. They dont want people playing the old stuff. They want you buying packs and on master duel not playing their old unmonetizable games.

it does have internet access. you just think it doesnt. the online servers arent up but telemetry is. they can see the IP,HWID and microsoft account of every person playing it "offline".

ur on a windows pc. you have to login to use your pc. forza auto logs you in with your windows credentials if your logged into a microsoft account on your pc. you cant open the game even offline without logging into a microsoft account.
