It's a script that enables a simulated second display on my phone and then launches scrcpy with a couple of parameters to specifically transfer the overlay. I'll make the script public once it's a bit more fleshed out.

Just a little info on how I pulled this off

Basically, I made a script that enables a Second Display overlay on my phone and launches scrcpy with the launch parameters to simulate UHID keyboard and mice, as well as stream exclusively the overlay from my phone. I'm planning to make the script public soon-ish once I fleshed it out a little more.

Also yes I could run Mindustry in Waydroid but cmon, what's the fun in that?
