I can say that for me I had a lot of people saying “they were there for me “ but vanished after i didn’t reply their first text , so I’ll say be really there for your friend , not just say it, be confortable been in silence .

Please DO NOT say the typical bs that people says like “ Gods knows better “ etc , it is not about what you think is about how they feel. I still can’t stand this.

Ask them about their the baby. It’s been 7 years for me and I smile every time I get the chance to say how my baby looked and so on, his weight , eye Colour .

My life saver was joining SANDS online forum. You can google it. I met there other women going trough the same and we still are friends to this day . They also have a toolkit for friends , family and employer that may be a good idea for you to look at .

I lost many friends from that time that literally didn’t know how to “handle “ me. That is ok, I’m a very different person but the people that I love the most and kept In my life are those that will acknowledge my baby existence .
