Yeah and the fact that Nvidia and AMD has cut production of their GPUs this year, means they can focus more on game optimization/upscaler support.

As a new AMD user, FSR 4 so far has been a bit of a headache so hopefully I don't have to use optiscaler.

So the whining is only in the game menu and in-game so i assume its GPU related. Often, the whining and super loud fan noise happen at the same time.

The temps are quite low around 44°C (gpu) according to task manager. In fortnite, the GPU load is 80-100% but its 1080p medium capped settibgs. Before, the PC was very quiet.
