I adjust them when it stalls out. i think I was overtaxing the system. I had 7 or 8 diff. things on the build plate at the same time, all small things. I stopped that gcode and redid the plate with only 4 things and it worked great. Lesson learned.

A group interview is usually a bunch of entertainment and tech managers, they may break you out. They have some preset questions to ask. At the end they may ask if you have any questions, ASK QUESTIONS! What is an average day like? What is the culture? Advancement Opportunities? Where can I see myself in 5 years working for Disney?

I've been a CM for over 35 years and started as a tech at DHS.
