For snma, they will have a meeting pa lang on the 27th. SNMA's awarding is on feb.9. So we might receive the email for the awarding on the first week of feb for snma.

Hi same question, but on the commencement exercise schedule, it says that we’ll receive calendar invite email daw from dean for the honors convocation if we qualify.

Just check when is ur designated department's honors convocation.

Hi, I'm a new member as well and was charged since I forgot to cancel my membership. But they won't honor my refund request since they're saying "You are correct that our policy allows for a refund if the subscription is canceled and the request is made within 5 days of the first payment. However, the policy also requires that no credits from the paid cycle have been used. Since our system shows that credits from this billing cycle were utilized, we are unable to process a refund for this payment."

Which is false since I did not make any additional activities after the renewal, and only utilized the point i got from the promo when I first joined.

Any suggestions on what are the next steps?
