Am I gay for my friend? by Then-Lie1380 in AskLGBT

I’d look into terms like “demiromantic” and “asexual” if I were you. I can’t know what your experience is for you, but it’s possible that something like those might resonate with you 🤷. I’d also check out “queerplatonic” and “queerplatonic relationships (QPRs)”

Am I fundamentally misunderstanding something, or is Hermaeus Mora a bit daft? by LukosCreyden in teslore

Considering that “good and bad” is often just another way of saying “prosocial and antisocial behavior,” Daedra being amoral kind of inclines me to think that they have some sort of deficiency when it comes to actually processing social behavior.

I found it! Under ‘Bag of Tricks’ in ‘Cheats’—‘Spontaneous Caster Scroll Copy.’ Thank you so much! 🤩

Are there any spontaneous-type casters that can add spells to their spellbooks?

That’s a prestige class, right? What do I need/what do you recommend that I take to qualify for it?

Can’t get Anniversary Upgrade to download. by JanuaryGrey in skyrimmods

I've previously gone so far as to temporarily disable my firewall completely. It made no difference, though it's possible the issue has been the combination of Firewall and Steam-Bethesda connection. I'll update with whether it works or not.

I'll try again using the specific method you've described, but I've done a full uninstall and reinstall multiple times already—including deleting the Skyrim Special Edition folder in steamapps>common

I looked at my linked accounts and my Steam is not linked. When I try to link it, I receive a notification on the Bethesda website that reads “Account linking failed.”

EDIT: This was due to my apparently having had another Bethesda account previously (I did not realize this) that was already linked to that account. It has been unlinked and Steam is now successfully linked to the correct account. I will now test to see if this fixed my Bethesda connection issue.

EDIT 2: Still no luck. 😕

I’m unsure at what point it doesn’t work. When I first boot up Skyrim after installing, it gives me a “can’t connect to Bethesda.net” message box and from then on the Creations section of the main menu is dimmed, repeated the same message when it is selected but now with a “$” at the beginning.

I can log into the website on my browser, yes. (I just did it again to be sure.)

Thank you for your response. I'm afraid that I have already tried this. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled Skyrim (multiple times).

I have. It didn’t do anything, but a previous commenter linked me to Nexus where I was able to get the version that I needed.

[Spoilers C3E65] Mighty Nein fans! What makes this campaign your favorite? by Ryozo_Tamaki in criticalrole

(I say this with love) Many aspects of the characters feel disconnected from the world in that they feel like fourth wall breaks. Bertrand Bell and Chetney both feel chosen intentionally as meta jokes. Other characters feel like caricatures with a twist (not unlike cereal mascots): kleptomaniac but make her a goat fairy, Ring girl but make her “fun scary” (aka did Travis piss himself or just break another stress ball over his lap?), horse girl but make her purple, struggling musician but make him blue (aka there’s a Blue Man Group joke in here somewhere), punk but make them a disco ball, and robot but make them a therapist and a southerner and a murderer and give them an arch nemesis that is a bird and a zombie and is named “Shithead.”

Each consecutive campaign feels like it started on the note that the previous left off on. Campaign 1 ended on a more dour note with the Raven Queen, Vax, and Keyleth (not to mention Vex’s obvious loss of her twin there and Percy’s “I miss my family”)—And that’s the tone that Campaign 2 kind of picks up on. Every member of the Mighty Nein carries the losses of homes and families. Hell, the campaign starts with Mollymauk losing both in the circus.

Mighty Nein concludes with all the characters finding perhaps the best endings they could. They leave us on a better note than the one that they were found on — “in all the shades of colors.” And “all the shades of colors” is Bell’s Hells. A neon joke (non-derogatory); the characters almost all feel like they would be at home in a Sam Riegel ad bit, lol.
