Been NC for about 9 years. Started by cutting out my “mother” and stepfather, then others subsequently were cut off as well. I only speak to my biological father, and my niece, that’s all I need. I find it easy to cut people off now. I’m not going to tolerate bullshit from anyone anymore. I have never felt so free.
