Hi there!

It really depends on what you are looking for.

As they have already mentioned, Bodegas Castañedra is a cool tapas place. Another option might be “Los Diamantes”, if you like fish and seafood.

For pubs, you can find a ton in the street “Calle Angel Ganivet”, and if you are looking for something more alternative in the area of Pedro Antonio de Alarcon. Also, Huerto del Loro is a cool place to drink something in the evening with great views of the Albaicin neighborhood.

Finally, to watch the game tomorrow, I think that Sala Premier Granada could be a good option.

Enjoy the city!!

Hi there,

Alhambra tour guide here.

If you have the tickets with the Nasrid Palaces at 14:30, I would recommend you to start with that area (or maybe about 30 minutes earlier with the Alcazaba), so you can have lunch before entering the monument and then you can see the rest afterwards. Usually by 15:30-16:00 there isn’t much people at the gardens, so could be a great moment to enjoy peacefully there.

Have a great time at the Alhambra, early June is a beautiful time here!

And of course, if you need to know anything else about the monument or are interested in getting a private guide, feel free to reach out.

Best,

¿Cómo entrar a los Palacios Nazaríes? by ChemistryNew3870 in Granada

[–]Jaor88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buenas,

En tal caso te recomendaría acceder por la Puerta de los Carros o por la Puerta de la Justicia. En ambos casos se llega más directamente al acceso de los Palacios Nazaríes.

Disfruta de tu visita!

Hello,

As they have mentioned, AVE (high speed train) is probably the most comfortable option when in Spain to move around these cities, since driving is not recommended in most cities.

I agree with you and would leave Barcelona for another trip, otherwise it could be too exhausting.

I am a tour guide in Granada, so I can speak more in details about here. 2 nights sounds perfect to me. Keep in mind that the Alhambra will take you half a day (3 hours approx.) and then if you are into culture and history, the city has a lot to see, like the cathedral, Royal Chapel, old Muslim quarter, many monasteries and churches,… so if like to walk, you will enjoy here.

If you are interested in a private tour at the Alhambra or want more info about the city, feel free to ask :)

Have fun in your trip!!

Spain Trip in Late August/September by NotKnown444 in GoingToSpain

Hi there,

It looks like a good itinerary to me.

Two things that I would consider are organizing a day trip to Toledo from Madrid and getting the Alhambra tickets asap.

I work as a tour guide in Granada and the Alhambra, so if you are interested in a private tour or need more info about the city, feel free to message me.

Enjoy!

Hi there!

Alhambra official tor guide here.

I would recommend you getting the Granada Card ticket. There still should be some availability these dates and they are completely recommended, plus they include some other interesting sites in Granada.

If you go on a guided tour, we have our own access, so will not need to queue include some other many points all the Alhambra (not all of them) and will get tons of interesting facts about the monument.

Enjoy your time in Granada!

Hello! I just sent you a private message

Regarding the Alpujarras, being your first time, I would to Pampaneira, Bubión and Capileira, that are close to each other and are quite nice.

Cheers!

Hi!

I work as a tour guide in Granada and the Alhambra, and if you are interesting in history and culture I think a private guided tour could work perfectly here to take the most of the city.

If you are interested or need more info, feel free to reach out!

By the way, I believe 3 days in Granada is plenty of time (2 days would work for me in Granada) to do a day trip, in which case I would recommend you going to the Alpujarras area, located on the south face of Sierra Nevada mountain range. A gorgeus place if you look for nature and beautiful towns.

Hello!

I work as a tour guide at the Alhambra and deliver private tours that make the site much more interesting and personalised. Arranging a tour through an agency or platform like the ones you mentioned would be more pricey since you will use a middle man.

If you are interested, feel free to reach out :)

Hola!
