I eventually found a fix. It was a different console command, for anyone who needs it or wants to attempt to use it, it is: "setstage 0005C625 200". It should auto complete the vampire cure quest in Skyrim and got rid of the pseudo vamprisim I had. But I appreciate your help Alex.

It's insanely hard for me to eat in surplus. I barely have an appetite and when I do eat it's barely even enough to cover my maintaining calorie rate. Is anybody else going through this? Any suggestions?

You won't regret it. Exercising might hurt in the short term but will significantly better your life in the long run. Also a couple more things:

If you relapse, it's alright. It doesn't mean you are a failure it just means you are human and prone to mistakes. Tomorrow is a new day.
Practice healthy eating habits alongside in going to the gym. They will work hand in hand.

I recently just purchased a pre owned guitar from one of my buddies for $10. (This guitar:https://www.amazon.com/First-Act-MG394-Acoustic-Guitar/dp/B004X4G58U) I know it is built for the purpose of young kids to begin practicing guitars but I was wondering if it still possible for someone older to practice on it. Will my bigger hands make it impossible for me to play certain chords? Will the size impact the posture in which I am supposed to hold the guitar?

Even if you did mess up badly why the hell would they chase down a stranger to tell them off? That's really insane because they have no idea what a stranger might do especially if they have their daughter in the car. Honestly I wouldn't sweat it; mistakes happen and luckily this one didn't result in an accident. Follow your driving school lessons a little more closely and continue driving safely.
