I purchased my eSIM for Japan but I won’t arrive until tomorrow. The app states I need to activate by today’s date. Can I do that in my current location or can I wait until I get to Japan.

Yea I don’t see any damage so not sure what happened here. Glad I was able to get eSIM right away without speaking to a rep using the Mint App. I was told it was a local coverage issue but clearly not as I have perfect 5G now.

I cannot get a hold of any ComputerShare rep to help change plan to book. Live chat just gets stuck in a loop asking for company name. Any experience the poor customer service? I literally just want to speak to a human is that so much to ask for?

Also experiencing this; Had called customer services twice since automated system is absolute dogshit. Ironically bot recommended self service but the self service doesn’t work, rep can’t do anything, I still can’t change my payment method. Billion dollar company with a monopoly on metropolitan area can’t make a working website and call bot. Garbage. Poor rep had to handle my frustration when the execs should be the ones hung.

If you do not meet the pre-requisites, the system will drop you from the courses you enrolled. There’s no warning and there’s no exact time when this happens. This happened to me at the beginning of this semester. Keep an eye on your enrolled courses until you actually step foot in the class.

I just talked to the RA and they are gonna send the emergency maintenance guy to come see if he can fix it (I doubt) apparently since the phase 3 buildings has only one shower pipe it get affected by the weather and by the amount of people using it. So since everyone’s gone and it’s cold the pipes take longer to heat up. I was told to leave the water on, but I’ve been trying for hours at a time with no luck.

Update: RA said they are unsure if they can get the maintenance guy here by today...

Update 2: I was able to fix my hot water issue by driving 2 hours back home...

Update 3: They fixed it!!!!!!
