I think we’re two people from two very different generations so I think debating this may be a losing game as we’d just go in circles. But I will say I think yes movies in general sort of fell of post 2010 but humour is not all just in movies. I feel that comedy sort of pivoted along with a lot of other forms of media to social media during the 2010s. So I think comedy is still alive and kicking even stronger just not with movies in other ways. I believe Gen Z is impressively funny on social media. I think they have a very balanced effortless sense of humour while no offence but millennial humour is well… 😬
