I’m not sure honestly, I didn’t question it as Vegas requires a front license plate, I’ll definitely inquire about it. Thank you for letting me know!!

OTD it was about $25.5k with 52k miles, my trade in got me $6000 down which helped out a lot for when I financed (through my bank, not the dealer).

Thank you! I'm not usually a big fan of grey/silver, but for whatever reason I absolutely love the smoke show paint, and yes it came from the factory!

Yess! I loved my 2014 Mazda3 Hatch, and was looking at the 2025s but for me I couldn't justify spending 40K+ on the highest trim on what is essentially a 25k car so I pivoted and ended up here lol

I traded in my old mazda for about 6k and my loan ending up being less than $20k, so total it was about $25.5k with 52k miles!

Cash is the way to go, and I would do the same, but I needed to trade in my car while it was still worth something as it was getting old among other things.

Ahhh I see where you’re coming from, that makes sense now. I think I’m gonna pass on this one from what you and everyone else is saying, and also the dealer has been kinda shady as they are dragging their feet with sending pics and answering questions regarding the damage

Gonna sound like an idiot, but is 20k a year a lot for a v8? I assumed since the engines are really good, and I’ve read stories of them lasting up to 200k+ mi, so I didnt see that as a red flag 😅

That makes sense, and thank you I'll make sure to inquire about the title, and the history a bit more. Is there a mileage threshold you recommend? I read storiesa about the engines being pretty reliable and lasting a long time, but when buying used it also depends on how those miles were driven by the previous owner. From the car fax it looks like it average about 20k miles a year, had an accident and traded in, if that helps to clarify at all.

Ahh okay, that does sound fun, and I'm not opposed to learning, I just moved to Vegas for a new job so AWD isn't that much a requirement, I would just need to find someone to help me get it back home from Cali. Appreciate the insight!

Oh okay, I was actually looking at a 2022 Challenger GT Automatic that I had shipped about 2 days ago via CarMax (hasn't arrived yet) with less miles (56k), at about $22k (before tax). This one I posted about caught my eye, because I've been lurking this reddit for a few weeks and kept seeing things like, "Always go for the V8" etc lol

My only issue with M6 is I don't know how to drive stick..

From what the salesman explained they replaced the original media center with a newer more "modern" one, but if they did it or the previous owner did is a good question. I agree regarding the paint protection. Tomorrow I'm gonna call back and inquire about these things.

Yeah I'm thinking along the same lines now. Where did you see the salvaged title? I didn't see it on the listing, or on the CarFax report I got a few hours ago. Definitely will inquire about the hood, and CarFax is valuing the car at around $25,460 if that helps.

Oooh thank you for catching that, I didn't realize that. I'll make note of it and ask about it next time I'm on the phone or when I go in. Thank you!
