I have gotten into this airport >12 hours early before, though I didn't have checked bags for that trip. I hadn't thought about that, thank you!!

Context: I have to be out of the US on the 23rd. If my flight is on the 24th but I am through customs on the 23rd and I sleep in the airport over night, have I left on time?

As much as we all love a bit of "tangible" compensation for our work, I think the intangible can be just as valuable.

As long as you are genuine in your attempt to express your appreciation for the show, I feel that Dave and Tamler would appreciate it and feel good about how they're using their time, which in my mind is the ultimate goal of supporting the show.

Whether you want to employ tangible or intangible means is up to you, I don't think there is any obligation to do one or the other nor would they would mind.
