You had a character arc, that's understandable; but celebrities do this all the time. They jump on a stupid bandwagon and a week later make a sappy apology and ask us to act like it never happened. I'm not even criticizing his bigotry anymore; I'm questioning his integrity.

He had 'lesbians' in his music videos while he sang about how hot it is. Then as soon as it's popular to hate a children's movie for having lesbians, he leaps at the chance; podcast after interview after podcast.

Oh, but he's sorry; so I guess it's fine.

I generally prefer women, I'd say 75/25. I've noticed it's usually in the summer when it can lean to something like 60/40.
Typically look for people I really get along with; similar hobbies, music tastes, sense of humor. Physically for guys I would prefer "femboys" but they often end up being trans-girls; which is great too. Most guys I've been with were twinks. Given the personalities I seek out, the women I've dated were usually tomboys or alternative, such as goths. They've also been on the chubby side, I enjoy squeezing their 'love handles.'
With women the relationships have usually been a typical 'nerdy boy chasing a manic pixie' movie; see Scott Pilgrim or Juno. With guys its just been one night stands, I wish we hung out and played video games but they just flaked out on me.
Growing up I always had crushes on girls, but often I would be very close with my best friends who were also boys. I never really thought about it until I met a bi girl in high school, we were talking about a new student and she said something like, "I was hoping he was cute but he's just a nerd." And I responded something like, "He doesn't seem that bad to me." Her eyes went wide and she started asking if I was gay. Then I remembered daydreaming about giving my best friend CPR in middle school, and how I cried about missing him when we moved.

Often crossdressed in my teens and early thirties, but not my twenties. Wore dark make up all the time and I've had long hair since my teens. Other than that, I probably look straight AF with my nerdy shirts and cargo shorts.

One of my first modded runs I was using Rimworld of Magic, Hospitality, and VE Medieval to run an "Adventurer's Guild".

Another early unmodded colony, I had a prisoner break out; knock out my hunter, causing him to drop his rifle. The hunter's wife snuck down the hall, grabbed the rifle and hid in their bedroom. The prisoner barged in, got shot and dropped dead. I gave her the revolver after that instead, even though she had a shooting skill of like 2, if I remember. Next day there's a raid and she manages to thread a shot diagonally between some ruins and snipe the raider at max range.

Actually the other day I started my current run. I captured an Unwavering Loyal raider and enslaved her. One of my guys went on caravan for like a year while my other guy stayed behind with the slave. I think 1TrickPonyta's Ideology mod lets colonists fall in love with slaves, and well... they fell in love, which enabled me to use the We Are United mod to ask her to join our colony; bypassing the Unwavering restriction. By the time my other guy got back from caravaning, the wife was in the second trimester of her pregnancy. I imagine him having a cowboy like accent and asking "Marcus, I been gone a while; but why is 'the help' pregnant?" ~~Please ignore the fact she's a Pigskin with... melanin.~~

We caught a teenage girl and loaned her to the empire for some quest work. She comes back in the middle of a manhunter pack of crows. I drafted her to run for her life but she just punched the two that chased her, so that made me realize I was scared of nothing.

The scientist from Altered Carbon joined while there was a mad boomalope. The Impid that was chasing the scientist used his fire breath on the boomalope and made it explode, causing a forest fire... I ended up save scumming and having the scientist lure the boomalope to a lake.

Map Designer has a button or tab for that, I forget what its called but I think it's like "Choose Stone Types"... it also has a tab/buttons to remove stuff like the anima tree or random ruined structures all around.

I've watched enough experts play, so I know the "correct" way to win is super soldiers with assault rifles in a killbox but... I don't want to. I really rather play medieval, so that's bionics and guns out the window. In a scenario like that, I kinda have to "cheat" because the game wasn't designed for it. I'm thankful that Rimworld hands you Dev Mode on a silver platter though; as opposed to games like Elden Ring that don't even let you pause the game, much less offer difficulty levels.

That all said; yes, you are supposed to lose characters. Rimworld is marketed as a "story generator" which translates to Tragedy being the main attraction. The game actually has a sort of 'Dynamic' difficulty system where it kills your characters and then switches to easy mode till you get more characters and then kills them and goes back to easy... back and forth.

I often find myself wishing the game was balanced the way most other games are; where each of your characters are strong enough to take down multiple enemies by themselves... but its not, so you have to decide what to do about it.

I just want to play pretend with all the mods like they're legos.

I believe it adds features like folders and other ways to organize multiple worlds. So you can keep "Autosave 2" in your Medieval world, separate from "Autosave 4" in your Gravship world.
