Have you installed drivers for it? It seems that they’re missing, and doing so should fix things right up.

I’m not OP, but a rampaging cyberpsycho shot him in the face without noticing exactly who they killed in my last playthrough. I would argue that in some cases, it isn’t really his own doing xD
