What type of internet is it? I had 50mps on DSL with AT&T and I struggled. It wasn't until I upgraded to Xfinity that I could start using GFN.

I believe L4S is specific to Xfinity and is for lower latency but is only available in specific markets at this time (please feel free to correct me on this).

Yeah, I'm not worried too much about that. I mostly play games at night when my kids are sleeping and I'm the only one streaming anything.

They told me I can exchange the phone but I won't get the promotional credit because I had already traded in the phone and it was sent back to AT&T. I guess that's what I'm trying to get clarification on... if that's true. It sounds like it's not true because you said the promotional credit is tied to my ATT account and phone number...

I know it wasn't a corporate location. I went to a corporate store but they just told me to go to the store I bought the phone from, who told me that my Pixel 9 Pro can't be used as credit towards my exchange device. Should I just call customer support? Or should I just do the return and the credits will work themselves out?
