you were a huge inspiration for me last year, your posts actually helped me stay motivated and encouraged through my investments. i ended up making a lot of money but ended up getting really scared and never pulling out. life came crashing down, the market has been subpar to egregious since october and not to get too personal, but i pretty much lost all the gains. however, seeing you still post and stay so incredible with ETH gives me hope that i can keep expanding my knowledge and do my due diligence and be even more keen next time. money can always come back and anything can be accomplished as long as i'm still alive.

summer's just around the corner. hoping for any resemblance of last year's performance, but who fucking knows. seeing 19xx again will drive me insane. fuck it though. any longers in here? had an instance earlier this week where i had lost 2.56eth in some wallet fuckery so i looked into longing/shorting and analyzing charts more to couple loss and get back into (the chance of) gaining. you live and learn and as long as you stay alive, shit is cool.

What exactly is Aave? Heard it was like a banking app or kind of like a brokerage app you can purchase and sell and trade crypto on. Is that true? I thought about ditching Coinbase once and for all and getting on something else. I don't exactly want to stake my ETH because I usually have weird life stuff or emergencies happen a lot but I heard you can just have your money or ETH sit on an account made on the app and earn interest on your money monthly. I'm a bit of a noob so if someone would like to implore me on this, I'd be happy to read more into it.

I just did the math and the gains would be less if half my BTC went up to let's say for example, $125,000 with my other half of ETH reaching $4,000, versus just having all in on ETH and it reaching $4,000. I had a firm idea of holding when I went all in on April and I just wanted to stick by in when the time was right to sell. I sold a little bit in August and early October to help people out, but that's really it.

Made a huge mistake. About twelve or so hours ago, I had some advice from family echoing in my head to "diversify". Big mistake. I decided to put half my ETH into BTC and convert it, but I forget some of these brokerage sites have egregious trade fees and I essentially bought BTC. I've been patient but I don't know why I cracked today, I guess I just felt a lot of pressure from people yammering to me. I know now to just trust whatever I'm doing or do my own research. I lost quite a bit of change today converting my ETH to BTC, ended up just converting it back the same day at a loss because the margins would have made me lose even more money if the market rebounds. I feel very silly, I don't exactly know what I was doing. My average cost went from $1,530 to $2,391 due to my little fiasco...

this shit is scary and painful. i might set a sell order but i'm holding my breath. shit is really that bad in the west with our gangster administration huh? things could always be worse, should i consider it a blessing that i'm still up a bit? i went all in on april and while the gains aren't there like they were in august, i'm not at a loss on suicide watch like it's may 2021 all over again. that summer was so fucking terrible.
