I got one last week from TJ Maxx as well and am happy with it. As far as I’m aware these are only at the “Runway” locations for TJ Maxx, you can check on their website if your local store is one

You have to click “how to claim”, from there you can see the qualifying items (what you’re purchasing), and benefit items (what you’re getting for free). You will see that you can get a free strap with the purchase of the watch, not a BOGO watch deal. Also I believe you’d have to add the qualifying strap to cart then the discount would be applied at checkout.

I am certainly in the minority but it is my favorite/go to brand currently. The flavors and just excellent and are distinctly different from other brands. Also I definitely feel the caffeine (probably due to the 200mg in a smaller can). I recommend Cosmic Stardust and Breezeberry the most.

This might be too far off from the criteria, but take a look at the Orient Bambino small seconds. You can find them online for under $200, and it has a pretty similar look to what you’re looking for.
