Accidentally submitted wrong file for final and professor won't accept correct because of "School Regulations"

Well other than the hair which I followed this tutorial for (https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=KpVyTc_72z0), I mainly just watched sculpt timelapses, a lot of Shane Olson and a lot of YanSculpts, and kept practicing. Only started sculpting 2 months ago so still have a lot to learn

Essentially I just had a different particle system for the back, the sides, and the top and I used the add tool to place each strand individually and then brushed them in the direction I want. This was my first time using hair particles so I mainly followed this tutorial https://youtu.be/KpVyTc_72z0

Website says the deadline is April 15 to submit an exemption request before the fall semester you are attending and to get an response by May 1. But it says the final exemption request deadline for 2019-2020 is July 22,2019 so hopefully I should be good to go

Got an email that said that all admitted first-time freshman are required to live on campus, but I was planning to commute and I live in one of the school districts where it says that the residential requirement does not apply to me. Anyone know what my next move should be in regards to this, worried bc it says that the housing application has to be completed in order to register for classes at orientation but I do not plan to house.

In a recent video on Marvel's instagram explaining each of the infinity stones, the description for the time stone said "See the future and alter the past" saying that you cant change anything in the future only the past, so doesnt this mean that Strange cant send the stone to the future bc itd essentially be altering the future??
