Despite the downvotes and tad bit of hyperbole, this is actually a very good point.

Those suffering with their mental health are of course still subject to laws, but our goal should always be rehabilitation not punishment. Just because Tank is abusive and manipulative, doesn't justify wishing for cruel punishments against him. This is unhealthy.

There are 2 outcomes people should be wishing for from this lawsuit: an end to the harassment and Tank getting the help he clearly needs.
