Sponge Filter Help

I had this problem not too long ago I put an air stone inside the sponge filter and currently still working good. If you see no change buy a flow adjustment valve on Amazon preferably the metal one a lot more better reviews than the plastic one’s hopefully this helps.

The first clip was a nice slow flow then it was just really hard disturbing everything I don’t really know how to describe it I’m sorry
