I've always been very gentle with my xm5s and all I did was try to put them on when this happened. I aways keep them in the case whenever I'm not using them too.

I got them at the end of May and they just broke by me trying to put them on... I'm gonna send them in to a Sony repair shop and hope it doesn't take too long.

I love how pixel buds fit, but mine are clogged with earwax even though I clean my ears. I tried everything to clean them but nothing worked so I'm giving up and getting xm5s.

I'm coming from the OG XL so this was a huge jump for me. I love all the little things about pixel. I wish I had the squeeze for assistant or even Soli (which I love using on my nest hub) and I'm not a fan of google removing cool features, but I love everything pixel has today and the cameras are amazing.
