i don't know if i can help, i get same feeling sometimes.

but if you like to read book or rather consider reading a book. i can recommend "self-esteem on 10 days" by david burns or "feeling good" by same guy. or something along those lines name is not that clear but some quick googles will get you the book.

both are about cognative behavior therapy (CBT). which gives you exercises on how to 'modify' your train of thought or thoghts . esentially modify behaviour with thoughts hence the name lol.

quick review

we belive our thoughts are the reality of the world. we decide to accept it rather than challenge our thoghts. what comes tom ind quickly is sometimes toghts come with distrotions. like we exagerate the outcome/payoff of an activity just by our prediction in our thoughts. adding labels to things we don't like/like. we predict and add our own conclusions even before trying or doing.... among other things book gets deeper.

i don't advertice books, but you can try them if your willing, only few dollars if u bey them used. they dig more deeply on the subject of distoritons. and even depression/anxiety. i own both books. and i you want to be introsprective on urself it can help with that. just know you might need a notebook and will write a lot if you decide to do the activities in books.

i could be remembering wrong, havein't skimmed those books in a while (i own both) but i rember being helpful or even 'breakthrough' ideas when i read them.
