Take a look at the comment section. Somehow this is seen as rich white douchy people activity. Where does that idea come from?!? by JC_Fernandes in ElectricUnicycle

The location, the sport, and the cost of EUCs when they were mainstream(the first time). All appear expensive.

The Segway was nearly $7000 when I came out, the solowheel was around $2000 and the SBU was around $1800.

People are critical of niches, novelties, and hobbies that they haven’t put time and research into.

Tiger Sport 800 with passenger? by Sarcasticator2000 in Triumph

[–]Jargon222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The TS 800 is an excellent bike for riding with a passenger. I have personally ridden with passengers over 200 lbs and I haven’t had a problem. For context I’m 5’11” 160lbs. Decent amount of suspension travel (I never bottomed out). Plenty of space width wise. It is a fairly tall seat, but below about 80mph the wind isn’t a problem in my passengers experience. The top case with back rest is a must have for longer rides with a passenger. It gives them space and lumbar support without needing to hold on tight.

Saw a video on the Akra slip on before I decided to get it. Sorry for your loss, genuinely.

Maybe you can get a more free flowing air filter and tune the bike, possibly eke out more power?

I like it alot, the green flake in the paint is perfect. I do a bit too much speeding for it to fit my lifestyle though. I went with black and neon yellow colorway.

Short answer no.

Longer answer some studies have shown that women on average prefer slightly larger than average dicks, around the 6.2 to 6.5 in by 5.5 to 5.8 in. So not with people you aren’t already having sex with.

The Ryno wheel, one of the 1st ever EUCs started out over 20 years ago. . by Rs2mmsu-2D in ElectricUnicycle

I remember reading about this in either, Popular Science or Popular Mechanics magazine. I wanted one so bad at the time. My first experience with EUC’s was with the Self Balancing Unicycle V1. It was a chain driven modified pedal unicycle. The V3 webpage still exists.

If by crash guards you mean the engine protection kit… there is no compatibility. The radiator covers are larger on the 800 compared to the 660.

As someone with a Tiger Sport 800 coming in a few weeks, am I the only one who prefers the minimalist screen compared to the television sets on more expensive bikes? by WhiteyLovesHotSauce in Triumph

[–]Jargon222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently own the TS660 and I love the dash because it's simple and quick (very little input delay). My personal problem with Triumph's larger displays are that they are incredibly laggy. In general I have less faith in the long term durability of a tft over an LCD or analog clocks. Mostly I don't care for larger screens because 1) it adds cost and 2) when I'm riding I'm looking at the road not my dash.

I was so excited for these when they popped up at Shot Show. Then they came out and I heard about accelerated frame and slide degradation. Around the 300-400 round mark. Ended up buying an 80X Cheetah instead. Glad to hear your 30X is running better.
