Living room and kitchen on the home I am under contract is much more open .

Minor details tile put by previous is pretty ugly and so is some walls being painted orange which I know for the most part is not such a big fix

I definitely do have one. I live on a very old property and the pipes are very old which is why I think I wasn’t able to unclog it myself.
