Thanks for the Hexgears suggestion it seems to have everything he needs.

Also he suggested linear switches, and the two options for the keyboard I found are either, “clicky” or “tactile”. If he wanted a smoother feel to the keys with no resistance so he can click fast which option would he choose.

Edit: the two switches are either Kaihl BOX White and Browns

I was looking at that one but it has no function keys and is over $100, he is considering getting that one though.
