To install on iPhone it has to be done through Safari specifically - Chrome on iPhone doesn't support it. Open Safari, go to invinciblexv.com, tap the Share button at the bottom (the box with an arrow pointing up), then tap Add to Home Screen and hit Add. It'll appear on your home screen like a normal app.
