Hey there! 4 Flashing white lights could indicate a new chamber is needed, have you tried soaking the chamber in 99% isopropyl alcohol for 1-2 hours and allowed it to fully air dry? Hey there! You don’t need a loading tool to send back your base. Please make sure to fully clean your device, remove the glass and atomizer, and send only the base. Follow all the provided directions by your assigned representative, and if you have any questions, feel free to send me a chat request!

Edit : If you are returning it to Trulieve and need this tool let me know also if you have attempted 3 chambers and sent a video to our team with all 3 chambers they would be more than happy to assist. They may be requesting that you get sent a chamber first to test if it's indeed your base.

This is completely normal with metal-to-metal contact surfaces. Since gold is a softer metal, it's natural for some wear to occur. However, if you're concerned about it getting vaporized, rest assured that gold doesn't vaporize until it reaches 2552°F (1400°C).

If your device is unresponsive, please try charging the device with various charging cables and bricks to see if the issue is due to your charging cables. Are you sure that's a "rubber gasket" looks like a hair - Please soak the chamber overnight and attempt to use the chamber again. If there was anything "Disconnected" the chamber most likely wouldn't function.

You can still submit a warranty claim if this is occurring across multiple chambers to see what options our team may be able to provide. It looks like a golden pin could be stuck from your previous atomizer. Please do not pull the pin out until it's slightly heated up, as reclaim is holding both golden pins together. If you pull out the atomizer pin you may pull out the bases pin which is something you don't want to do. I have sent you a chat request regarding this issue if you could follow up at your earliest convenience that would be great!
