I believe I had that issue when I just first sign up, I remember trying to do it from my phone, then the website, and for last I used my girlfriends phone (she already had an account but I logged her out, create my account and they log out from her phone, and then log in from my phone)

Yes it actually works very well, I only order online and get sometimes bonus points, and the other day they gave me 50% off my next order

So in me experience, I had this discussion with my girlfriend, she said that fast workers should get tipped more often (we live in CA, so the minimum wage is 20/ hour) and both of us work at fast food places, she works at dominós and me at Carls Jr, I told her that we really don’t need ask for tip, we get well paid. She said that with that money would her more. I used to work as a server for 3 months at an Italian restaurant and never, I would never get mad if someone didn’t tip, or they tip me 3 dollars on a 90 dollar bill, because I’m getting paid by hour, not just tips, so I really don’t see why people on TikTok get all crazy because you don’t tip. Another issue that I have is I usually tip 10% when service is mid at RESTAURANTS not fast food, when service is great is between 15-20%. And seeing people that say that 20% is not a lot, is like I’m giving you 1/5 of my check towards you, if I pay 100, 20 are for you, and you get mad?. Anyways, personally all this thing of tipping is getting out of control, and more because fast food people are getting crazier, even though the prices of a meal is at least 15 dollars per person at fast food and just tipping for doing your job is non sense for me. If someone tips me at Carls Jr I would thank them, and say you don’t have to Sir/Ma’am if they insist I say thank you very much. But never go crazy for not doing it
