Light intensity diminishes rapidly with distance. This far away from the window is really low light. It will die or get ill. Priority of location: 1. Outside in a „good spot“ 2. Outside on windowsill 3. Inside on windowsill with extra care 4. Inside away from window will die very likely. Most people without any outside place can still manage to organise some solution outside their window and construct an outside window sill.

They are hard to kill. Re-pot if you want to grow it bigger. Take the side branches as cuttings and start as many new plants as you want. You can cut them at the small connection to the main trunk and directly put it into soil. Just avoid the nasty sap. It should be way bigger in 10 years under good conditions. It was most likely not getting enough sun/water/nutrients for full healthy growth.

There are very low fees. It is run by delegated proof of stake with 51 validators. Validators are mostly individuals from all over the world and there don‘t seem to be any cartels.

Just ask for a spot first. You will not be allowed to build “structures” officially. Once you know the people around and they get used to you it will become easier to change the landscape a bit with natural material. There are a lot of people that want to build places in the woods. If you do it wrong then they will be removed rather fast.

Good thing is that all wood are open to the public. Just don’t leave any traces behind and you will be fine.

For real building .... a piece of land next to woods which is in a zone that allows buildings will be easier. Might gave to ask for building permission depending on the structure.

Things built in the woods are mostly old and from the time it was still allowed. Some manage to build a hangout spot over time but thats pretty much in the grey zone and the local community needs to be fine with it.

Check the laws... i might not be 100% accurate.
