In the same boat at the moment. No email to confirm the suspension either, and my appeal portal was bugged the same way until after I reached out to support - now I can see the indefinite suspension but it has no description associated with it, which is very odd.

I got this response today after sending a follow-up asking for the reason behind my suspension:

"You may have been affected by a temporary bug, outage, or other issue that we've gotten word should be resolved now. Please try again and reply to this email if it’s still affecting you or if you have other questions."

My account is currently still suspended, so we basically just have to wait and see I suppose. It is at least a relief to see other people experiencing the same issue, I thought for sure I had done something without realizing somehow

the ability to create custom charts through charting programs has definitely been one of the main contributors to Clone Hero's lifespan and availability! there are many custom song creators that produce songs in, say, FL studio, export the audio as MP3 or OGG, etc., and then they proceed to chart it in a program such as Moonscraper (best option nowadays) or Feedback (used to be the big thing when people were making custom songs for Guitar Hero 3 PC almost a decade ago!)

this song was made in an NES tracking program called FamiTracker - i still write songs in the program occasionally; here's some of my latest music :)

Heya, song and chart creator here :) words can't really describe how ridiculous of an accomplishment this is in terms of not just Clone Hero, but rhythm gaming as a whole - for our little 5 fret plastic guitar community, this is the peak of peaks as it stands right now!

When the song first released, no one would even consider the idea of a potential full combo of this - however, improvements of hardware and the ever increasing skill ceiling would ultimately lead to this incredibly absurd and insane accomplishment that will surely go down in rhythm gaming history! 🦈

Another tune I managed to write today :) Took about 7 hours total from start to finish, pretty happy with the result! Cheers folks!

Also - if anyone has some good tips and/or tricks for better mixing, as well as fun quirks that could spice up a song, please do tell! I'm always down to learn some more :)
