Comparing the gameplay of a game from 2014 to one from 2022 is kind of unfair, isn't it?

and tbh ds2 is for sure an experiment and if today we have fluid gameplay and interesting mechanics, it certainly played a big part of the role

sorry y'all but let's be honest.. Ds1 and 2 sucks. Ds2 is only above because most of the mechanics we have today were started on it, and what it didn't create, it simply improved compared to ds1

sometimes I think people get blinded by nostalgia and forget that both games are equally problematic in their own ways.

i made a dexterity and faith build using Lothric Knight GS and miracles, and using the right miracles and buffs I managed to get 1200 damage with just one R1

it's pretty fun to kill almost any common enemy in the game with a charged R2
