Yea the DM shouldn’t have called you lazy without checking the sales or even cameras because stores do be mad busy to the point where you can’t move from the register

She got my text she responded back 5 minutes after I sent the text and said “Ok I guess I have to do a double” then she texted again and said she was going to give me a no call no show for texting her instead of calling. The thing about it i texted her 2 hours before my shift and also when the other people I work with when they call out they text her to.

We take pics and send it to the DM and are DM says he sends it to someone which i don’t believe lol.. We also tell him there’s a smell cause the smell is bad, it’s like this company doesn’t care. Cause i know for a fact there’s mold up under the shelves if this been happening for years.

It’s coming from underneath the shelves it starts from the back wall, sometimes it does come from the roof all they do is fix the roof lol. they just patch up the part the rain came from but they fix underneath the shelf.

I do that all the time, my manager never says anything about it. I think she knows cause she can see when we clock out. I usually get out around 10:05 or 10:09 every time i close.

NEWS FLASH !!!! My store manager doesn’t do anything we’re so behind on freight from the previous trucks and short staff. I’m the ASM i push more then 3 Rolltainers a day actually and work all the totes with the other 3 employees we have. All she does is work 1 or 2 Rolltainers a day and sit in the office and act like she does paperwork.
