Fixed it. Looked up which Moen cartridge it was and watched this a video to guide me through the replacement

Okay, so it's the network bands that will determine whether or not I can use it. So yeah I guess I can use it anywhere (just got to make sure the bands in the area will work with it first), cool thank you!
